Ingredients
1 c almond flour
1 t baking powder
1⁄4 t salt
1⁄8 t black pepper
2 T butter (chilled then diced)
2 T heavy cream
1 egg
1⁄2 c sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Shred the cheese, and combine all ingredients to form the dough. Divide into 4 biscuits and place on the baking sheet.
Bake biscuits for 10 minutes.
Notes
Buttering them up is mandatory.
