Ingredients
1 c brown sugar
1⁄2 c honey
3 T cider vinegar
3 T dijon mustard
2 T yellow mustard
1 t cinnamon
1⁄2 t onion powder
1⁄2 t garlic powder
1⁄2 t ground sage
1⁄2 t dried parsley
1⁄2 t nutmeg
1⁄2 t ground ginger
1⁄2 t ground cloves
1⁄2 t paprika
1⁄4 t black pepper
1⁄4 t chili powder
1 spiral sliced ham
Instructions

Remove ham from the fridge and let sit for 2 hours.

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.

Whisk all glaze ingredients together in a saucepan and simmer on medium-low for 2 minutes or until melted together.

Partially wrap the ham in foil, then brush with 1/3 of the glaze. Wrap ham completely and place flat side down on a cast iron pan.

Bake until the center of the ham reaches 100-110 degrees (approximately 10-14 minutes per pound).

Remove ham and increase oven temperature to 400 degrees.

Unwrap ham and spoon juices over it, brush with 1/3 of the remaining glaze.

Bake uncovered until ham center reaches 140 degrees, approximately 20-30 minutes while basting all the while.

Finish with a quick broil for appearances and let sit 15 minutes before serving with plenty of glaze.
