Ingredients
1 c flour
1 c cornstarch
2⁄3 T salt
1⁄2 T thyme
1⁄2 T basil
1⁄2 T oregano
1⁄3 T celery salt
1 T black pepper
4 T paprika
2 T garlic powder
1 T coriander
3 T white pepper (or substitute black)
1 T dried mustard
2 eggs
1 ds heavy cream
1 lb chicken breast
Instructions
Cut or tear the chicken breast into strip sized pieces. Tearing it makes nice nooks and crannies for the coating to stick to. Beat together the egg and cream mixture. Double batter the chicken and fry in oil (recommend avocado oil) on medium.
