Ingredients
1 1⁄3 c flour
1⁄2 t baking soda
1⁄4 t salt
1⁄2 c butter (softened)
1⁄2 c brown sugar
1⁄4 c sugar
1 egg
3⁄4 c peanut butter
1 t vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine the dry ingredients in one bowl, and the wet ingredients in another.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir or beat on low speed with a hand mixer.
Roll dough into balls about 1 Tablespoon in size, place on baking sheet. Use a fork to squish the cookies flat and create a criss-cross indent.
Sprinkle with sea salt and bake for 12 minutes or until the edges are set.
